Protein Overnight Oats!

Hey, there!
Sorry it's been a while! I have been so busy with school! BUT, I have a new recipe for you!

Protein Overnight Oats!


Everyone makes these and I've been wanting to, so I decided to give it a try!
It was super simple and deericious! I made mine super protein-packed to make it easier to hit my macros and this recipe yields 48g of protein, 56g of carbs and 8g of fat. If you use another flavor of yogurt, the grams of fat will vary. (For example, Chobani Blueberry and Raspberry, among other flavors, don't contain any grams of fat)


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 c Instant Oatmeal
  • Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 c of Greek Yogurt- flavor of your choice (I used Vanilla Orange!)
  • 1/2 c Liquid Egg Whites



All you do is combine the Ingredients in a jar and stir it up! Put it in your fridge and let it sit overnight! They will be done in the morning!
